Canada-Alberta Program (ICAP).
ICAP's goal is to improve the quality of life of all Albertans
and build the foundation for sustained long-term economic growth
in the 21st century.
Through ICAP, federal, provincial and municipal governments will
be investing over $508 million in municipal infrastructure over
the life of the program. At least 40% of the funds will be directed
to green infrastructure projects.
